RESULTS: The results demonstrate that successful outcomes depend on understanding tissue mobility patterns, proper thread selection, and precise vector planning. Careful consideration of facial dynamics and anatomic variations, such as the strength and location of retaining ligaments, is crucial for achieving natural-looking results.
CONCLUSION: The integration of anatomic knowledge with technical expertise represents the cornerstone of successful lateral and buccal cheek thread lifting.
